Garty Consulting, LLC was founded to help nonprofit and governmental organizations work smarter, make better decisions, and achieve greater impact. Based in North Dakota, we specialize in research, consulting, and program evaluation tailored to the unique needs of public sector and nonprofit clients.
Our work includes conducting stakeholder surveys, facilitating public focus groups, and presenting findings and recommendations to government committees and agencies. We partner with chambers of commerce, economic development corporations, nonprofit and service organizations, and agencies to deliver meaningful, actionable insights.

Jolene Garty
Founder & Principal Consultant
Jolene Garty brings extensive experience in public administration, nonprofit operations, and educational program leadership. Before founding Garty Consulting LLC, she served as Deputy Executive Director for Operations at the South East Education Cooperative (SEEC), where she oversaw statewide programs including North Dakota Reading Corps, collaborating with nonprofit and public partners to close achievement gaps for students.
With a B.A. in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration, Jolene has a strong foundation in legislative studies, community-focused research, and program evaluation. Her work has included conducting independent studies for the North Dakota Legislature and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the state.
